1. Digital Product Delivery

Kids Drawing Book – Animals is an intangible, digital PDF activity book. Access to download the product is granted immediately upon successful payment verification.

2. Download Assistance & Replacement

If you experience any technical difficulties downloading your file, encountering an expired token, or receiving an incomplete file, please reach out immediately to our support team at trenzy.helpme@gmail.com. We will gladly verify your transaction and issue a fresh, working download link within 24 hours.

3. Duplicate Transactions

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order due to a network glitch, please provide both payment transaction IDs to trenzy.helpme@gmail.com. Upon verification through Razorpay, a prompt refund for the duplicate transaction will be issued back to your original payment method.
